Position Title Project Coordinator
Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will work with the All of Us Research Program Team at the Scripps Translational Science Institute (STSI) and The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI). The All of Us Research Program is a landmark NIH research program that aims to engage one million US participants from diverse social, racial/ethnic, and economic backgrounds in an effort to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health.

The Project Coordinator will assist the Associate Director and Project Managers (s) with the development and management of outreach campaigns and innovative research studies that meet the needs of the All of Us participants and researchers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with the development and management of outreach campaigns and innovative research studies that meet the needs of the All of Us participants and researchers
  • Organize, document, and track project process in tables, and spreadsheets; present findings and updates to All of Us team members and collaborators.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners
  • Follow established guidelines for the research protocols based on IRB regulations.
  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

Physical Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skill and abilities have been attained.
• 2+ Years of research experience working on a health sciences research study at a healthcare and/or healthcare research setting.
• Experience leading and/or facilitating work teams.
• High level of integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Consistently follow procedures and protocols.
• Recognize priorities, work well under pressure, ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven computer skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational and record keeping ability.
• Exercise good judgment, discretion and honesty.
