Position Title Associate Director
Position Summary:

The Associate Director will support the internal operations and program functions of the All of Us Research Program Team at the Scripps Translational Science Institute (STSI) and The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI). All of Us is a landmark NIH research program that aims to engage one million US participants from diverse social, racial/ethnic, and economic backgrounds in an effort to gain better insights into the biological, environmental, and behavioral factors that influence human health. The Associate Director will manage internal project teams and work with external partners to implement and analyze pilot programs as well as facilitate the rollout of successful pilot programs into the All of Us Research Program.


  • In collaboration with STSI Research Scientists, the Associate Director will lead the initiation, planning, execution of pilot research projects for the All of Us Research Program
  • Collaborates with STSI partners to develop effective approaches to engage participants in the All of Us Research Program
  • Initiates building and maintaining strong relationships with STSI partners and project team members across functions
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
  • Maintains status reports and presentations for assigned projects

Basic Qualifications:
  • Masters level education and with at least 5-10 years experience running large scale projects/collaborations
  • Health or Behavioral Science background preferred
  • Experience with large-scale consumer engagement or scientific projects preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on program planning and strategic development
  • Demonstrated ability to produce polished deliverables that present data visually and tell a clear, compelling story.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in scientific principles and concepts
